French made combat shirt, bought from a collector in Namibia who got it from a Namibian Police storeman, 130cm (51 inches) chest, around the chest under the arms, sleeves 57cm (22 1/2 inches) from under arm to cuff, back length 80cm 31 (1/2 inches) from under collar to bottom, size is 7.L. A.N.P. stands for Armee Nationale Populaire, or National Peoples Army of Algeria, possibly an interim Police uniform from just after Namibian Independence
