South African Navy Submarine patrol patch Astrant, 1977, scarce, from my personal collection.  The Astrant was one of two Agosta Class submarines ordered from France, but, due to sanctions placed on South Africa in September 1977, the contract was cancelled and they were both sold to Pakistan.
