South African 44 Parachute Brigade Paratrooper Instructor arm flashes, red oval, prototypes designed and manufactured before Parachute Training Centre arm flashes, and then not adopted – this one an error, with the eagle in maroon and background black (44 Para Bde) (From my personal collection)
