7693 : Rhodesian Army camouflage shirt, long sleeves

1960’s – 1980

Rhodesian Army camo shirt, long sleeves, original Rhodesia Bush War issue, Size 16, made by Statesman, 114cm (44 ½ inches) chest, sleeves 59cm (23 inches) from shoulder to cuff, and back length 74cm (29 inches) from under collar to bottom, four tiny holes on the back – one just below each shoulder, one below the collar and one in the middle about 17cm from the bottom, three buttons missing down the front, one pocket button missing, both cuff buttons missing, material torn where the two top buttons were pulled off, left side of collar come loose at corner where it joins the shirt, stitching around the bottom seam has come loose in places, right pocket has been re-stitched, label is moth eaten, used condition, please view all photos.  This pattern camouflage was worn by Rhodesian Light Infantry (RLI), Selous Scouts, Rhodesian Special Air Service (SAS), Rhodesian Air Force and British South Africa Police (BSAP)
